Blogilates Calendar Beginner - I did the beginner's calendar (which really helped me get the hang of pop pilates) and now i'm doing her piit28 free calendar. In terms of my journey, i started blogilates in 2015 after friends recommended. Blogilates/pop pilates beginners 2.0 workout calendar videos in order! Blogilates is basically pop pilates. Once you finish this calendar, i guarantee you’ll be ready to do the monthly calendars! It's about 30 min workouts, but the videos tend to have better explanations of moves and modifications. You won’t need any equipment and you can do all of my workouts from the comfort of your own home.
